- Wouldn’t it be great if the Christians in our community were a part of an outreach of neighborhood parties? Do you think this would make some people uncomfortable?
- Consider the teaching of being “in the world, but not of it”. How can you be “in the mix”?
- Does it make you uncomfortable when you read the story of the prostitute visiting Jesus at the block party? How do you think Simon’s guests reacted? How would have you reacted?
- Do you put labels on people before you get to know them? Think about that when it comes to your neighbors.
