PASTOR APPRECIATION SUNDAY

We are so thankful for the pastors God has given our Destiny family! While we appreciate them all year long, Pastor Appreciation Sunday is an opportunity for us to intentionally pause, honor them, pray over them, and simply say THANK YOU for the many ways they love, lead, serve, pray, teach, encourage, and care for our church family.
Want to be part of the celebration?
Throughout the month of October, you’ll find Pastor Appreciation cards in the Welcome Area. Grab one (or several!), write a personal note of encouragement or gratitude, and return it so we can present them on Pastor Appreciation Sunday.
We’ll also have a list of some of our pastors’ favorite things available in the Welcome Area. If you’d like to bless a pastor with a little something extra, feel free—but there is absolutely no obligation. A heartfelt note means so much!
On Sunday, October 25, our Church Council will present the cards and gifts, and we’ll take time together as a church family to surround our pastors with prayer, encouragement, and blessing.
Let’s fill October with gratitude and make sure the pastors who spend so much time pouring into others know just how loved and appreciated they are.
